Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Each lesson will vary, focusing on different muscle groups and intentions. The aim of Pilates with Claire is to help the efficiency of your body movements day-to-day, with a big focus on regaining fitness after injury, starting Pilates as a beginner or having a long break in exercise. My classes are mixed ability with a variety of options given with each exercise so that you can get the most out of each class and adapt the exercises to fit your needs.
